QS World University Rankings by Subject 2013

QS has released its World University Rankings by Subject for 2013. According to the company's website, the rankings are designed to "provide comparative information at discipline level and to highlight the excellence of institutions in specialist areas".

UK University League Table 2014

According to the Complete University Guide 2014 League Table, Cambridge is ranked No. 1 in the UK and ahead of Oxford (up from 3rd to 2nd).

The University of St Andrews is ranked 1st in Scotland and 6th in the UK in the league table. It is the only Scottish university to be named among the top ten institutions in the UK.

Asia University Rankings 2013

According to the Times Higher Education’s Top 100 Asia University Rankings 2013, the University of Tokyo was ranked 1st in Asia, followed by National University of Singapore (2nd), The University of Hong Kong (3rd), Peking University (4th) and Pohang University of Science and Technology (5th).

2013 World Reputation Rankings

According to the 2013 Times Higher Education World Reputation Rankings, Harvard University took the top spot among the world's top universities by reputation, followed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2nd place globally.

The University of Cambridge was the highest ranked UK university for reputation (rated 3rd globally), ahead of the University of Oxford (4th globally).

Sunday Times University Rankings 2013

According to the Sunday Times League Table 2013, the University of Cambridge maintained its status as the No. 1 university in the UK, followed by the University of Oxford in 2nd position. The University of Bath moved up two places from 5th last year to 3rd overall in the UK.
